Luke 22:1-38—“Plots Fulfilled”: The constant plots and schemes against Jesus are finally realized and executed as Judas reaches an agreement with the chief priests and scribes to betray Jesus. In his final hours as a free man, Jesus observes the Passover with the apostles, creating a whole new feast from it: the Lord’s Supper. Jesus foresees both his betrayers: Judas and Peter.
